Akhil Baheti – Enjoy Everything Everytime

That Much Wealth is Enough

Hello Readers…

When I thought about this topic, I found myself very enthusiastic to share my views on this. So, using this Blog to share my views…

I will write on 3 points to cover my whole thinking.

  1. What is Wealth (Its not only Money)
  2. The 100 Rs. thinking.
  3. Conclusion

WHAT IS WEALTH

For Me, “Wealth is everything – we value in our Life Time”. Like Money, Health, Personality, Happiness, Relations etc… This list varies from Person to Person. Every Person should define & understand the Wealth in there Life. The major part of it, is actually covered by Money. But Money is not everything. All other parts of Wealth get improved Psychologically, Emotionally & Physically. So, keeping the major factor of Wealth as Money in mind, I start my second Point.

THE 100 Rs. THINKING

Yes, 100 Rs., is it a big amount for anyone? the answers can be Yes or No. But, My answer will be – “it is a satisfactory amount”. Lets Imagine, two apples in a day are enough for me to stay alive in this beautiful world, I can buy these two apples in 100 Rs. & I have 100 Rs. now… So, what else you need for this day? Use this 100 Rs., get those two apples & enjoy your day.

CONCLUSION

To conclude, I will say, there are many other factors of the Wealth in Life, study them, allocate valuable time to them, don’t always run behind Money, do keep 100 Rs. thinking in your mind.

THAT MUCH WEALTH IS ENOUGH – To Enjoy Everything Everytime

Thank You.

Why we get Frustrated?

Hello Reader,

you might be knowing the reason behind your Frustration, but lets make it more simple, so that you can avoid it at required times.

To start with, let’s first understand the word Frustration… Frustration is the act of mind or emotional response from mind in relation to anger or disappointment happened because of opposition. It is created when the opposition doesnt fulfil our individual will. The level of Frustration will be more if this restriction in completion of fulfilment is more & repetative.

Our Individual Response to Frustration –

1. ANGER

2.  GIVING UP THE THINGS

3. LOSS OF CONFIDENCE

4. STRESS

5. DIPRESSION

6. OTHER REACTIONS like getting habits of Drugs, Cigarette, Alcohol, eating nails etc…

How to deal with Frustration –

The main game behind Frustration is Expectation, when we expect something from someone, and when thise expectations doesnt get fulfil we get frustrated.

so, first thing we can do is, dont expect anything from anyone, whatever is happening, is planned by the Divine (God), so that was suppose to happen.

& secondly, if we cant do the first one, select people with whom to keep expections & feel free to convey them that I had expected this, but this was not fulfilled.

It might look like a simple thing, but when you do this, you will understand how difficult it is. I am trying in the same way & happy to share that my anger level of frustration level has been reduced to 30%.

Do try this & update me with your experiments so that I can work on it & find solutions…

Thanks a lot for your precious time…

5 Things a NGO must do

I am sharing these views on the experience of 5 years involvement in Leo Club – Activity of Lions Clubs International. A NGO – Non Governmental Organisation – To Work for the Development of Society & Fulfil the requirements of Needy People. This is a basically Government’s work, but NGO – groups made with dedicated People – helps the Government as a back bone. Here I share the 5 important things a NGO must include in their working –
29ngo3
1. Trust –
Trust is a belief that someone or something is reliable, good, honest & effective.
All the members should Trust the Officers they have Elected/Selected for the term they have been installed. The hidden benefit of every organisation is the developement of an individual, that is possible only when they work freely with their own decisions. There are seniors in every organisation, they should guide the Officers when they ask, otherwise they should also support the Officers decisions & working.

2. Involvement –
Every Organisation wish to have maximum involvement of their members. For this the activities of the Organisation should be altered with the Members Requirement & Support. Some old fashioned activities must be removed from the Agenda with the Time.

3. Survey
To understand the requirements of the Society & Needy People, NGO’s should have regular surveys within the Organisation Members & within the working area of Organisation. These surveys should include ratings on basic questions like Working of Organisation, Type of Activities, Society Need Fulfillments etc… This will provide a perfect guideline to officers while working for their term.

4. Respect
Many of the Organisations are working in different levels like City, District, State, Nation etc… Officers of the Organisation must respect the Seniors who reached at different levels, because they get more experience while working at different levels. Officers must respect their positions in activities & should involve them in their important decisions. The seniors should always give unbiassed suggestions whether officers accept it or not.

5. Positive Politics
Yes, Politics. This is going to be a part of Organisation where three or more people get involved. So, when this is an unavoidable part – we must accept it & keep it as Positive Politics.
Positive Politics is Politics done well in Organisation should be a positive force to create something good in a society and a community, inspire hope and trust. Politics can and should be a virtue in nature. Members & Officers should practice what they speak. Actions matter as much as words. Officers should try and give a lead. Organisations today needs to re-learn the virtues of leadership from the worlds of enterprise, sport, and inspirational leaders are showing what can be achieved with a positive approach. Too heavy activities to solve social problems can undermine our basic human responsibilities to each other. Politics should be about encouraging everyone to exercise responsibility and promoting active involvement.

Positive Politics helps to bind members together by involving and uniting all, whether young or old, to work together around shared local goals.

There are No Accidents in Life

My last blog was about, TRUST.

Going further in Trust, I had made one sentence “There are No Accidents in Life”, this is also similar to what we heard “Its all about Destiny” or “That must be Destiny”.

Yes, we should believe in that destiny. here I am sharing one beautiful example I have collected to explain this better…

Dr. Mark, a well-known cancer specialist, was once on his way to an important conference in another city where he was going to be granted an award in the field of medical research.

He was very excited to attend the conference and was desperate to reach as soon as possible. He had worked long and hard on his research and felt his efforts deserved the award he was about to obtain.

However, two hours after the plane took off, the plane made an emergency landing at the nearest airport due to some technical snag. Afraid, that he wouldn’t make it in time for the conference, Dr. Mark immediately went to the reception and found that the next flight to the destination was after ten hours. The receptionist suggested him, to rent a car and drive himself down to the conference city which was only four hours away.

Having no other choice, he agreed to the idea despite his hatred for driving long distances.
Dr. Mark rented a car and started his journey. However, soon after he left, the weather suddenly changed and a heavy storm began. The pouring rain made it very difficult for him to see and he missed a turn he was supposed to take.

After two hours of driving, he was convinced he was lost. Driving in the heavy rain on a deserted road, feeling hungry and tired, he frantically began to look for any sign of civilization. After some time, he finally came across a small tattered house. Desperate, he got out of the car and knocked on the door. A beautiful lady opened the door. He explained the matter and asked her if he could use her telephone.
However, the lady told him that she doesn’t have a phone or any electronic gadget but told the doctor to come inside and wait till the weather improved.
Hungry, wet and exhausted, the doctor accepted her kind offer and walked in. The lady gave him hot tea and something to eat. The lady told him that he can join her for prayer. But, Dr. Mark smiled and said that he believed in hard work only and told her to continue with her prayers.
Sitting on the table and sipping the tea, the doctor watched the woman in the dim light of candles as she prayed next to what appeared to be a small baby crib.

Every time she finished a prayer, she would start another one. Feeling that the woman might be in need of help, the doctor seized the opportunity to speak as soon as she finished her prayers. The doctor asked her what exactly she wanted from the God and enquired if she thought God will ever listen to her prayers. He further asked about the small child in the crib for whom she was apparently praying. The lady gave a sad smile and said that the child in the crib is her son who is suffering from a rare type of cancer and there is only one doctor Mark who can cure him but she doesn’t have money to afford his fee and moreover Dr Mark lives in another far off town. She said that God has not answered her prayer so far but said that God will create some way out one day and added that she will not allow her fears to overcome her faith.

Stunned and speechless Dr Mark was in tears which were rolling down his cheeks. He whispered, God is great and recollected the sequence of events. ….there was malfunction in the plane, a thunderstorm hit, and he lost his way; and all of this happened because God did not just answer her prayer but also gave him a chance to come out of materialistic world and give some time to the poor hapless people who have nothing but rich prayers.
Always be prepared to do …….
What God has prepared you for

TRUST – A Key to win world

Hello Reader…

You must be doing well in all the areas around you, but some invisible goggles might be wear by you, which keeps you away from looking positiveness inside your work & actions.

These goggles are created by Selfish People around you, who wish to show you, your own picture as if they want you to behave or something like that… But there is always a person or a power, who don’t want to show this false picture to you… we should find out that power, that power is hidden in your body, wish to get out, wish to spend time with you…

That Power is TRUST. We should Trust in our actions, we should Trust in our words, we should Trust in that Divine Power, who designed our Actions & Words in our Life.

A Small story will make this Trust more clear in your Life.

Rahul, was new to his business, studied most part of business with his father in Two years span. Once His father gave him full charge before travelling to a 20 days trip & told him not to disturb until emergency. Due to slackness in payments, within 5 days Rahul found it difficult to pay outstanding bills. He remembered the words of his Guruji (just To take the example of trust) that, if you start making payments on Tuesday, no debt will be ever on you. He started that on coming Tuesday, whatever balance was with him, he paid those bills on Tuesday & make a list of outstanding bills to be paid by next Tuesday. Here the power of trust worked. He cleared all the outstanding by next Tuesday.

With this example, I am not setting any rule, that payment should be made on Tuesday, its just a true story of my friend Rahul which motivated me & my group to understand the power of Trust.

We should trust in our-self & on creator that whatever He do, it is made for us & we will get benefits out of it.
